No starting values have been found in table OIRECHPR.

Diagnosis
The program wasn't able to detect a starting value in table OIRECHPR with the key 'SAPMOIRE'. This entry is needed for the clearing house determination.
System Response
The report abandons, because without the 'starting values' no clearing house can be determined and therefore no proper check on the payment card transactions is possible.
Procedure
Check with SE16 if a table entry with key PGNAM = 'SAPMOIRE' exists, or if the entry is spelled differently. If no corresponding entry can be found, contact your system administrator.
