Diagnosis

One or more items in the billing document has no pricing maintained for the CH fees or rebate amounts.

System Response

All documents have been processed as normal. This is simply a warning message that some prices may have not been maintained.

Procedure

Check the item conditions for each item on the billing document to see where no fees have been calculated. If a fee should have been calculated for the item, then the settlement should be reversed, the pricing should be added for

that item contained in the billing document, and then the settlement can be reprocessed.
