Diagnosis
Either there are no unprocessed items in the DTF for creating a settlement and/or transmission, or if changing a settlement/transmission, the DTF items have already been archived and therefore cannot be further processed or reversed.
System Response
Procedure
For creating a settlement and/or transmission, check that the DTF items have been uploaded either by IDOC's or manually and have not already been transmitted and/or settled.
For changing settlements/transmissions, re-load the items into the DTF from the archive.
