Diagnosis
Service type is not defined for at least one business location. If the meter access profile type is defined as simply materials, then the service type is not defined in the meter access profile. You cannot choose service type differential rates to process attributes of the network price update in this case.

Deselect the indicator for the service type differential rates to process attributes of the network price update.
