Diagnosis
You have selected an individual cyclical service and then the "Cancel Cycle" function. You should use the "Cancel Service" function to cancel the individual cyclical service itself.

If you wish to cancel the cycle, you must select the cycle master service and execute the "Cancel Cycle" function.
You can differentiate between individual cyclical services and services without a cycle reference, as the date and time of the latter is displayed on a dark green background, if you have checked the "Cyclical Services" checkbox on the initial screen of the nursing overview.
If you still cannot differentiate which of the displayed services is the cycle master service, you can select the "Change Cycle" function. The system will call the cycle report for the selected service. In the cycle report you can then cancel the cycle using the relevant function.
