Diagnosis

You have entered a start of validity date which cannot be saved due to technical reasons. This would result in a duplicate entry in table N1AOEZ.

System Response

Background: In table N1AOEZ that start of validity date is part of the code. If you then select an identical combination of requesting and performing organizational unit, and also an identical start time for an existing entry, then a duplicate entry will result.

When maintaining assignments for the patient routing system, only entries which also have the patient routing system indicator set are visible, therefore there may be an identical entry in the database in in table N1AOEZ without a PRS indicator.

Procedure

You should enter a different start of validity date. The data can then be saved correctly.
