Enter an organizational unit for which admissions can be preregistered

Diagnosis

You attempted to display the preregistration list for admission appointments, but you did not specify an organizational unit.

System Response

In order to display the the preregistration list for admission appointments, the system needs to know which organizational unit it has to display preregistered patients for.

Procedure

In the Admission Appointments box, enter a care unit or department.

• If you specify a care unit, the preregistration list will show all of the patients who have an admission appointment in the care unit in question.
• If you specify a department, the preregistration list will show all of the patients who have an admission appointment in the care unit containing beds that can be assigned by the department in question.
