Diagnosis
Only provisional master data has been entered for patient .
However, the "" function is only available for patients who have been identified (that is, for patients who are entered in the patient master of the hospital).
System Response
Procedure
When you call , the system will generate a list of all patients who match the information specified in the provisional patient master data.
If this list contains the patient for whom the preregistration or appointment has been entered and you can identify this patient, select the patient in question from the list. By doing this, you are in effect assigning the preregistration/appointment to an identified patient.
If this list does not contain the patient for whom the preregistration or appointment has been entered, you can create a new patient for the preregistration/appointment. When you save this new patient, the preregistration/appointment is assigned to him/her.
