Cannot delete nursing plan; it is already been saved

Diagnosis
You have attempted to delete an entry from the nursing plan even though this entry has already been saved. Once an entry has been saved, you can only cancel it, not delete it.

To remove the entry from the nursing plan, use the Cancel function.
