Diagnosis

Among the services that you want to cancel, there was also at least one indicating the reference to radiology documents (i.e. Examination). Since you set the institution-dependent, time-independent customizing parameter N1RADSTO, it is not permitted to cancel such services.

System Response

The system cancels the function.

Procedure

You must only select services that are not assigned to radiology documents and then try it again.

Even if you really want to cancel radiology services, you need to notify your system administrator, who can decide whether the customizing parameter may be modified in order to enable cancellation.
