You have not entered a transport type, although this is necessary due to the master data.

Procedure

You must check the transport type entered together with the services entered. If this transport type is specified for one of these services as "Excluded Transport Type", then they cannot be used with this service in a radiology request.
To check this data dependence, you must use the transaction NT03 an then select the page "Radiology". You will find excluded transport types for each service.
