In the Organizational Units table you have entered an OU which is neither an outpatient clinic/service facility nor a department.

System Response

You can preregister patients

  • for a surgery or treatment in an outpatient clinic/service facility and
  • for admission to a department.

Procedure

You should only enter outpatient clinic/service facilities and departments in the organizational units table.
