Cannot find material & in service master data

Diagnosis

The calculation indicator has been set for the material, however, the system could not find a corresponding service in the servi ce master for this material. This can be due to the following reasons:

• The validity period of the service has expired
• The deletion indicator for the service has been set
• There is no service in the service master with a link to the material entered

System Response

Procedure

You must check in the service master to determine whether there is a valid service for the material. For this service, the tab page "Other" must have the object type "1" (Material) entered. The unit and the material number must also be entered.
