IS-HCM: Positioning on the service not possible (=> long text)

Diagnosis
An existing service from the sub-system was transferred via IS-HCM by which an error occured at the positioning function.
Data of the service transmitted:
- Case number -
- Crash location -
- Service (rn1mledata) - on which the program should position itself.
- Leistung (itable) - on which the program falsely positioned itself.
Please report this problem immediately to your system administrator and explain the session to him!
&SYSTEM_RESPONSE
For this reason, processing cannot be executed.
Procedure
Please notify the system administrator of these immediately.
