Diagnosis
A data record was transferred via IS-HCM from the sub-system with a service status, which is not supported at reception.
Data from the service transferred:
- Service-Key (LNRLS) -
- Service code -
- Service status -
At transmission, the only statuses currently supported are
- scheduled (obviously not in creation mode)
- performed
- confirmed or released
- cancelled
System Response
For this reason, processing cannot be executed.
Procedure
Please check the data record transferred from the sub-system.
