System Response

The system has booked the appointment for the services selected . You must differentiate between two modes:

Services for a surgery request or a surgery pre-registration are always booked together for the selected appointment. A service-specific appointment reservation is not possible for surgery requests or surgery pre-registrations. Independently form the services selected, all services of the surgery request or a surgery pre-registration are always assigned to the appointment.
Services of all other request categories can be assigned to different appointments. If the request or pre-registration (represented by the name of the patient) is selected before the definition of the appointment, then all services of this request or pre-registration are assigned to the appointment. If individual services have been selected, then only these services will receive the selected appointment.
