Diagnosis

You have selected the function "Create pre-registration ", without making a selection.

System Response

The system requires an org. unit, a patient or both in order to create a pre-registration.

Procedure

Before executing the function "Create pre-registration", please select:

  • A patient: The system creates a pre-registration for the selected patient. The selection of the org. unit as well as the procedures that should be pre-registered takes place in the screen that follows.
  • An org. unit: The system creates a pre-registration for the patient in the org. unit you have selected. Entry of patient data takes place after entering the desired measure.
  • A patient and an org. unit: The system creates a pre-registration for the selected patient in the org. unit you have selected. The following screen supplies the services to be selected for this org. unit.
