Diagnosis
You have tried to create a preregistration for an org. unitwhereby the org. unit is used as the entering org. unit.
System Response
No request type was found on the current day for this combination of org. units with usage "Preregistration".
For the entering org. unit, the system uses any OU with which you entered your IS-H*MED work station (Med. Unit List: Care Unit, Waiting List: Outpatient Clinic, Worklist: Service Facility).
If you would like to create the preregistration outside of these work stations (i.e. from the preregistration list, if were called via the initial screen), the system will read the entering org. unit from the user parameter OEE (individual org. unit of the user).
Procedure
In order to set-up or check a request type for the org. units you desire, take the following steps:
- Entering org. unit and org. unit for which the patient is to be preregistered must be entered in the "Assignment of requestable org. units".
- A request type with the usage type "Preregistration" must be created for the org. unit, for which the preregistration should be entered. A number range must be maintained the same way as a request. Creating a service hit list within the request type is optional.
- The request type must be accessible to the entering org. unit when using the request type.
