Diagnosis

You have specified an org. unit for which no pre-registration has been entered or which cannot be displayed.

Procedure

Org. units for which pre-registrations should be displayed must fulfill the following criteria:

• The org. unit must exist in the institution specified.
• The org. unit must be valid and released for the current day.

You must enter an org. unit which refers to the characteristics mentioned or you must check the characteristics of the org. unit you have entered.

In addition to any org. units for which pre-registrations have been entered, it is possible to enter a structural org. unit or an organizational process subordinate org. unit (department, coordinating unit.) You can access this by way of the hierarchy, i.e. the pre-registration list shows all subordinate org. units with their pre-registered patients.
