Select exactly one preregistration to create a document

Diagnosis

You would like to enter a document for a patient, but you have either

selected no pre-registration or morethan one pre-registration.

System Response

Creating a document is only possible for one patient.

Procedure

Select exactly one pre-registration and re-execute the function "Create document".

Remark: If the patient, for whom you want to create a document, is not yet admitted, the document will be created with a patient reference. If the admission has already taken place, the document will receive an additional case reference.
