Diagnosis
You wanted to save the pre-registration without having entered services. This is not permitted for this pre-registration type
The master data of the pre-registration type uses the flag "N1ANFTYP-PLVIS" (pre-registration of a OR/Treamtent Appointment Possible) to indicate whether you must create the pre-registration with or without services.

Saving was canceled.
Procedure
You must enter at least one service and then try it again.
