Diagnosis

There are two possible sources for the error:

• You already have the case in in process in another transaction.
• The case was changed but not yet updated. In the period between the change and the update, the case cannot be accessed.

Procedure

In the initial case, check whether whether you are not processing the case in another transaction, in the second case you can try to process the case again later.
