Diagnosis

You are not authorized to change released appointments for the
performing org. unit .

Changing appointments which are not yet released can also cause
released appointments to be shifted, and since you are not authorized
to execute this, changing these appointments is also not possible.

System Response

Procedure

To hide this error message again, undo the appropriate changes so that
no released appointments will be moved, or simply exit the planning
list with Cancel.

Execute the planning list for a performing OU for which you have
authorization.
