Diagnosis

The system could not determine any available rooms in the initial screen of the performing org. unit entered.

System Response

All rooms which are assigned to the performing org. unit from the initial screen of the planning list are available for planning. If you have also indicated "with hierarchy", then all rooms in the organizational structure and procedure hierarchy will be available under the performing org. unit.

Please also note that the available rooms must be created as active task list objects in the basic data.

Procedure

Enter with an org. unit into the planning list which displays room availability.
