Diagnosis

Certain activities in the surgery monitor cannot
be executed if the surgery has laready started.

These are:
- Enter intra-operative services
- Enter documents from the nodes "OR documentation"
and "AN documentation"
- Enter time
- Enter time surgical documentation

System Response

Procedure

Please also set an operation that is already planned
by selecting "Surgery started" into the ACTUAL status.
If the operation has unintentionally been executed as an EMERGENCY case, then only an OR movement in status ACTUAL for the service entry is needed.
