Diagnosis

You have scheduled a treatment without entering a duration.

System Response

If the treatment duration is missing, the system will schedule a possibly backlisted treatment for the same time slot.

For a correct display of the treatment in the visit scheduling, the duration is required.

Procedure

Enter the planning data with a possible treatment duration so as to avoid conflicting appointments.
