'Surgery Started' only possible after date assignment

Diagnosis

The operation was requested but not yet scheduled.
The indicator 'OR started ' can only be set after you have assigned
an appointment for the operation.

System Response

Selecting 'OR started' sets the OR movement from the 'scheduled' status
to the 'actual' status.
This is only possible if a schedule movement exists.
You can create a movement in the 'scheduled' status for the operation
using the appointment assignment.

Procedure

Assign an OR appointment via scheduling or the planning list.
