Diagnosis
No request types or preregistration types for the requesting org. unit were found in the master data of the system. You cannot currently transfer requests or preregistrations from this organizational unit to other organizational units.
Procedure
To create requests or preregistrations from this organizational unit, take the following steps:
A) For the request type:
1. You create a request type for the OU which should perform the services (transaction N1AF).
2. You enter the organizational units which should request this request type, on the "Availability" tab page.
B) For the preregistration type:
1. You create a preregistration type for the OU(s) which should perform the service(s) (transaction N1VE).
2. You enter the OUs which should request this preregistration type, on the "Dialog Control" tab page.
