Diagnosis

You have attempted to change contract account to contract account . However, the system has found open items for business partner, contract account and insurance object .

You can only make a change if no documents exist for business partner , contract account and insurance object .

System Response

In the dialog, the system resets the entered contract account to the original account .

Procedure

Check whether a contract account change is necessary and process the open items.
