Diagnosis
Filter definitions were transported that are not valid because dependent data from evaluations already exists. You cannot start any single record procedures for this filter because it is inconsistent. If the filter has the category Filter for Portfolio Hierarchies, all portfolio hierarchies assigned to this filter have the status Inconsistent. This means that these portfolio hierarchies can no longer be used for evaluations.

Procedure
Transport the correct version of the filter definition, or, in the maintenance transaction for the filter, choose Reset to Last Valid Version.
