Diagnosis
When creating the specified analysis structure, the necessary Dictionary objects (tables, structures) although saved, were not activated.
System Response
Since an analysis structure requires active Dictionary objects, the process is interrupted. The system does not create the analysis structure.
Procedure
Start analysis structure maintenance and activate the Dictionary objects. You can then continue with creating the analysis structure.
