Diagnosis
The SAP system determines the BDA of the employee based on BDA model . This BDA model allows you to enter a pay scale level directly. The Level field is therefore ready for input.
The system does not permit you to enter a BDA month or BDA year for this BDA model.

In view V_T5D7J (Models to determine COL allowance and pay seniority (PSG)), the BDA model is entered for the following assignment:
- Key (country indicator, pay scale type, pay scale area)
- Grouping of employee subgroups for collective agreement provision
- Action type
If a different BDA model is to be used for this assignment, change the entry accordingly in view V_T5D7J.
