Diagnosis
You have either changed the pay scale type or pay scale area in the infotype record, or the grouping of employee subgroups for collective agreement provision has changed for this employee (previous grouping ) as the result of an organizational change, for example. The system therefore can no longer determine the BDA of the employee automatically.

Compare the existing values for the pay scale type and pay scale area that are listed below with the current values in the infotype record:

- Pay scale area:
If the changes are correct, check the BDA for the employee. If required, change the month or year of the BDA manually.
