Diagnosis
The Personal Data infotype (0002) is missing for the selected personnel number on .
The infotype is used to determine the employee's date of birth for the Pensionable Employment Periods (RGDZ) calculation process.
Procedure
Make sure that the personal data exists for the employee on the specified date.
If necessary, create a new infotype record.
