Diagnosis
An active civil servant has started employment or one has passed away. In this case, the "Reason for Start of Pension" field in the "Public Sector Statistics Germany" infotype, "Pension Recipient Statistics" subtype, must be filled.

Check whether a record for the "Public Sector Statistics Germany" infotype has been created. Enter the "Reason for Start of Pension" or, if necessary, create a new record.
