Diagnosis
You have used competition rule 99. With this setting, you should also also enter data in the Numerator/Denominator fields for spouses or children. In this case, the denominator for the spousal element is zero. This would cause a field overflow when division is performed.
Procedure
Maintain the Basic Pay infotype (0008) for the specified person and generate the statistics again.
