Diagnosis

The difference between the pension amount saved in the system and the one reported by the pension service (Old Amount) exceeds the tolerance value specified in the 'DIFFE' constant.

Procedure

For the maximum permitted difference between the reported and saved pension amount, you can specify a tolerance value using the 'DIFFE' constant in table 'T511K'.

If the difference amount is less than the tolerance value, the data record is processed, that is, the pension amounts are updated in infotype 0326.

If the difference exceeds the tolerance value, an error message is displayed.

Check the difference between the reported pension amount (old) and the pension amount entered in the system and increase the tolerance value if necessary.
