Updating infotype 0406 is possible and useful only for certain status
combinations.
System Response
Procedure
Check the statuses in the infotype.
It can be updated only if the following status combinations exist:
i) Inquiry status = 2 (inquiry created) and cession status < 3
ii) Inquiry status > 2 and (cession status = 3 or cession status = 4)
