Diagnosis
One of the following situations has occurred:
- An error has occurred in the master data, for example, the Basic Pay infotype (0008) has not been maintained correctly.
- The payroll program has returned an incorrect result so that a period for which payments are made is listed as a period without payments.
- The combination table T5D5G has not been maintained correctly; wage types that must be included in a notification to the SPF are missing.
Procedure
Check the master data, payroll results, and combination table.
