Diagnosis
The character string specified contains a special character that is not permitted for notifications to the SPF. The following characters can be used: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0123456789 .,-/*' (see DATUEV-ZVE, Section 8.3)

Change the invalid entry in the master data for the relevant employee, run payroll again, and restart the reporting program.
