Diagnosis
The deregistration based on the specified sequence number and notification reason does not have a complete insurance number. This means that this deregistration was carried out without a complete insurance number and the number has not yet been fully maintained in infotype 0051.
System Response
Procedure
If your SPF does not request a complete insurance number for the deregistration, you can ignore this message. Otherwise, maintain the complete insurance number in infotype 0051 and, if necessary, repeat the payroll run and reporting program, or create the notification manually.
