Diagnosis
The date entered in the "Date of Notification Run" field is earlier than the data that was previously entered. This is not permitted since notifications must always be created chronologically.

Procedure
Use the date of the last notification run as the notification date to generate the existing notifications again or use a later data to generate new notifications.
