Duplicated or exchanged numbers in the output format for amount

Diagnosis
In the output format for the amount, a digit from 1 to 9 was used twice or the digits were not used consecutively in ascending order. Since each digit represents a position, the first case is not logical as a format specification. The second case is permitted, but a warning is issued to help prevent oversights.
