Diagnosis

The system cannot find the Indemnity Definition (BE) (3270) infotype record that corresponds to this Indemnity Payment (BE) (3271) infotype record, with subtype , CIPID , begin date , and end date .

An Indemnity Definition (BE) (3270) infotype record is a prerequisite for an Indemnity Payment (BE) (3271) infotype record.

System Response

The system has stopped processing the Reading data for Complementary Indemnity (P3270) payroll function; processing for the payroll function cannnot be completed until the error is corrected.

Procedure

Maintain the master data for this employee, and link the Indemnity Payment (BE) (3271) infotype record to the corresponding Indemnity Definition (BE) (3270) infotype record.
