Diagnosis

During the payroll run, the system has identified a person with zero contractual hours; this value is not valid for further processing.   

System Response

The system cannot continue processing payroll for this person. If there are more persons involved in the payroll run, processing continues for the remaining persons.

Note: This is a type E message.

Procedure

You must correct the error before payroll processing for this person can be completed. Proceed as follows:

• Check and maintain the person's master data (for example, check the Planned Working Time (0007) and Absences (2001) infotype records)
