Diagnosis
When calculating the workers' compensation premium, the report did not find one of the following:
- the premium calculation method
- the experience rate
- the manual rate
- the experience modifier
System response
The report stops process.
Procedure
Maintain the missing information and run the report again. You can maintain this information in the Workers' Compensation section of the Personnel Administration IMG.
