Diagnosis
The system was unable to calculate the employee's age. Either the date of birth information or the age cutoff day is missing.
System Response
Procedure
- Check that the infotype Personal data (0002) exists for this employee, and the date of birth field is correctly filled.
- Check the view Benefit cost formula (V_T5UBH) has an age cutoff day.
