There have been no default plans set up in your system. This is normally carried out at customizing.

System Response

The system is therefore unable to give you default settings in the event of the employee not specifying a preference.

Procedure

Either customize view V_T5UB6 in the Implementation guide, (please see Define default health plans) or select plan options for this paricular employee by hand.
