Diagnosis
Payroll cannot be processed for this employee, because certain attributes have been defined for this employee to prevent payroll from being processed.
System Response
An error message is issued; payroll is not processed for the employee.
Procedure
If you still wish to process payroll for this employee, then you must edit the employee's record in the Payroll Status infotype (0003). Execute transaction PU03 to edit the payroll status record and reset the attributes that stop payroll processing for the employee. The fields that affect payroll processing at the employee level are:
- P0003-ABWD2 Do not account after
- P0003-ABRSP Pers. no. locked
