You have entered a flat amount and then also stipulated a minimum and maximum. The flat amount is outside the minimum and maximum that you have entered.
System Response
The system cannot save a flat amount that is outside the minimum to maximum range.
Procedure
Ensure that the flat amount falls between the minimum and maximum amounts by adjusting them accordingly.
